Amazon is making the same argument for its new $150 annual deal with Wal-Mart, offering customers the chance to save up to $150 on its products.
The announcement comes amid a broader wave of Amazon deals, including a $75 discount on new Amazon Fire tablets.
In a blog post on Wednesday, Amazon said the new offer will give customers a “small price premium” on its $99 Kindle Fire tablet.
Amazon said customers will save up a “very small amount” of money on the $149 Kindle Fire HD 8, a 4K Kindle Fire Pro tablet, a 2-in-1 tablet that includes a 5.7-inch screen, a wireless keyboard and a microphone, as well as its $149 Amazon Fire TV Stick.
